This policy explains what information E1even collects on e1even.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. E1even is a business name of Ryan Roberts, DBA Eleven Inc., Solana Beach, California ("E1even", "we", "us"). We provide marketing and lead generation services to businesses. E1even is not a lender or broker and does not make loans.
Information you give us
When you book a call, the scheduling form collects your name, email address, phone number, the time you choose, and your answers to the booking questions (for example about your business and your ad budget). Booking is handled by Cal.com on our behalf.
If you contact us directly, we keep what you send us.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we and our service providers collect information about your visit, including the pages you view, the page that referred you, your browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and ad and campaign identifiers in the link you followed (such as fbclid and utm parameters).
We use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies to do this. This includes first-party cookies and browser storage that remember which ad or link brought you to the site, and tags loaded through Google Tag Manager for Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records how visitors interact with pages (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) to help us improve them.
How we use information
- To schedule and hold the call you booked, and to follow up with you about it and about our services by email, phone call or text message.
- To measure and improve our advertising. When you book, we send information about the booking to Meta, including hashed (encrypted one-way) contact details and ad click identifiers, so Meta can match the booking to the ad that led to it.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
- To keep the site and our services secure, and to comply with law.
How information is shared
We share information with service providers that work on our behalf: Cal.com (scheduling), Google (tag management, analytics, calendar and video meetings), Meta and TikTok (advertising measurement), Microsoft (Clarity analytics), JustCall (calling and texting), and Cloudflare (website hosting). We may also share information to comply with law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising cookies and pixels on the site may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws; see your choices below.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and limit ad tracking in your device and social media ad settings.
- You can opt out of calls and texts at any time by telling us on a call, replying STOP to a text, or replying to any email from us.
- Depending on where you live (including California), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including our business records, and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

To make a request or ask about this policy, reply to any email you have received from E1even, or raise it on your call with Ryan. We may update this policy; the effective date above shows when it last changed.
